Dentro de las tareas centrales de nuestro Colegio, está la de poder gestionar en representación de los bioquímicos chaqueños, la actualización de los honorarios profesionales. Es importante destacar que es una tarea permanente, ya que se trabaja de forma constante por la actualización de los aranceles para mantener un promedio y una actualización al menos anual de los montos.
Nuestra tarea abarca el contacto permanente con 81 Obras Sociales con las cuales se gestiona para elevar el nivel de los honorarios estipulados, especialmente con aquellas que se encuentran por debajo del promedio.
Algunos de los criterios para la negociación son:
* El tiempo desde el cual no se han dado incrementos, en forma individual para cada una.
* Se solicita un aumento en base a la media y teniendo en cuenta la inflación.
* Si la contrapropuesta de la obra social está por debajo de lo solicitado, se acepta y se exige un tiempo pautado para retomar el incremento.
* Con respecto a las prepagas, el aumento se ajusta siempre a las Resoluciones de incrementos emitidas por Superintendencia de Salud. En lo que va de 2020, recién en el mes de Diciembre otorgan un aumento del 10%. Aun así, varias de ellas ya han otorgado durante el 2020 incrementos superiores a lo estipulado por Superintendencia.
Las obras sociales que no tienen incrementos, son en su mayoría aquellas que cuentan con aranceles en niveles aceptables o que por falta de pago han estado suspendidas. En el caso de estas últimas, una vez superada la deuda, se habilitan y se comienza nuevamente la negociación de los aumentos.
Datos que nos impulsan a seguir
Si bien la actividad es constante, compartimos algunos datos sobre la gestión 2020 en esta temática.
El 86% de las Obras Sociales se actualizaron al menos una vez en el año, variando entre el 10 y el 60,64% entre las distintas OOSS.
Además con 28 Obras Sociales se lograron dos aumentos en el año, lo que permitió alcanzar un promedio en la Unidad Bioquímica de $46,24, también con grandes variaciones entre las distintas empresas
