Día Mundial de la Salud: seguimos luchando por mejores condiciones salariales

El Día Mundial de la Salud se celebra el 7 de abril de cada año en conmemoración a la fundación de la Organización Mundial de la Salud en 1948. 

Todos los años se elige un lema vinculado a la salud pública, este año es «Construir un mundo más justo y saludable», haciendo referencia a la desigualdad que hay en todo el mundo en el acceso a una vida sana y a los servicios de salud, que el COVID-19 dejó en evidencia.

En esta ocasión, conmemoramos este día luchando por hacer valer nuestra profesión, que durante este último año significó estar altamente expuestos a un nuevo virus y, en consecuencia, tener una demanda laboral sumamente exigente, que gracias a la vocación de servicio y dedicación se ha podido sostener.

Desde el Colegio elevamos la voz, haciéndonos eco de las necesidades de nuestros matriculados por mejores honorarios tanto de las prepagas como de las obras sociales sindicales, que estén a la altura de la altísima exigencia que la situación de pandemia supone para profesionales que están en la primera línea de atención sanitaria. 

De igual modo, es imperiosa la necesidad de revisión de las escalas salariales correspondientes al año 2020 en el Sector Asistencial de la actividad (Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo 122/75, 108/75, 103/75 y 459/06) que comprende a los trabajadores de Clínicas, Sanatorios, Hospitales, Instituto de Diagnóstico, Laboratorios de Análisis Clínicas, Servicios de Emergencia, Institutos Geriátricos y Psiquiátricos.
