Desde el Colegio hacemos llegar a nuestros profesionales el comunicad de CUBRA, el cual apoyamos enfáticamente, en el marco de las declaraciones vertidas por la Sra. Presidente Farm. María Isabel Reinoso, de la Confederación Farmacéutica Argentina (COFA), sobre la actuación que deberán realizar los farmacéuticos en cuanto al procedimiento autotesteos de COVID-19, aprobados por la ANMAT.

En referencia a esto, sostenemos que si bien los “autotest” han sido aprobados por la ANMAT y reglamentado su aplicación por parte del Ministerio de Salud, esta clase de “test” violan de forma evidente las normas de incumbencia profesional establecidas por la Ley N° 17.132 de ejercicio profesional de la medicina (arts. 4°, 5°, 7°, 32° y contestes), así como los artículos 40 a 43 (y normas complementarias) de la Ley de Educación Superior N° 24.521, normas provinciales atinentes al ejercicio de la profesión bioquímica, Ley N° 22.802 de lealtad comercial, Ley N° 24.240 de defensa del consumidor y normativa complementaria, en especial la Resolución 680/20 del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
