A la hora de abrir un laboratorio de análisis clínicos la Dirección de Fiscalización Sanitaria exige cumplir con determinados requisitos y presentar la documentación especificada a continuación.
Es importante resaltar que no se reciben fotocopias simples y todas las copias presentadas deberán estar certificadas por juez de paz o escribano:
- Nota de Solicitud de habilitación dirigida a Dirección de Fiscalización Sanitaria Dra. CECILIA MEIRIÑO, suscripta por el profesional interesado, con todos sus datos personales: D.N.I., Matrícula Profesional, Domicilio, Teléfono de contacto, fijo y/o móvil.
- Estampilla Fiscal Provincial por el Valor de $5,00 de la Administración Tributaria Provincial.
- Fotocopia autenticada en el anverso y reverso del Título de Propiedad; y/o Contrato de Locación/Comodato en caso de corresponder, suscripto a favor del Solicitante con una duración no menor a tres (3) años. En el objeto del Contrato o Comodato debe mencionarse el uso del local alquilado.
- Completar la Declaración Jurada adjunta, que no se desempeña y/o presta funciones como Personal full-time de Salud Pública, debidamente firmada. Hacer click acá para descargar
- Croquis del local: con la distribución, medidas y denominación de los ambientes (con firma del profesional interviniente y/o del interesado).
- Detalle del equipamiento, mencionando características, marca, modelo y serie (con firma y sello del interesado).
- Deberá presentar Constancia y/o Contrato con institución/empresa pública o privada sobre el retiro y destrucción de los Residuos Patológicos Ley Nº 1799-R (antes Ley 6484).
- Certificado de Seguridad contra Incendios, expedido por la Dirección de Bomberos de la Provincia y/o delegaciones del interior (actualizado).
- Factura original de compra y/o de Recarga de matafuegos, autenticada.
- Constancia de pago de arancel Ley Nº 916-G (antes Ley Nº 4404) – Arancelamiento de la Dirección de Fiscalización Sanitaria.

El matriculado debe acercar al Colegio una copia de la Resolucion de habilitacion de su laboratorio. Esta resolución es expedida por Fiscalización Sanitaria y solo puede ser retirada por el titular del laboratorio. Este requerimiento es necesario a los fines de tener en orden y completo, su legajo.a)- De igual modo, en el caso de que se produzca la Baja del laboratorio, se deberá presentar copia de la Resolución de baja del laboratorio.
Se puede consultar las normas respecto a la estructura edilicia se encuentran en la Ley N° 429-G (antes Ley Nº 2746).
