Siguiendo con la propuesta de capacitación de nuestro equipo administrativo, se desarrolló un nuevo encuentro para supervisores, donde se abordaron la motivación y emoción y la importancia del trabajo en equipo.

Reconocer las habilidades propias y de los pares, eliminar preconceptos y facilitar la incorporación de nuevos conocimientos y habilidades fueron algunos puntos tratados a partir de dinámicas de grupo.

Desde el plano emocional y recurriendo a las herramientas de PNL se trabajó sobre el plano emocional y la generación de acciones consecuentes partiendo de la identificación de las características personales.
