SUB COMISIÓN DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL: entre sus funciones figuran las siguientes:
• Entender en las gestiones con las Obras Sociales, Mutuales, Compañías de Seguros y otros entes con los cuales se tengan o puedan tener convenidas prestaciones y en todo lo relacionado con el trabajo del Bioquímico en general
• Velar por el estricto cumplimiento de los convenios de prestaciones
• Entender en las relaciones con los restantes prestadores de la salud.

* SUBCOMISIÓN DE PRENSA Y RELACIONES PÚBLICAS: entre sus funciones figuran las siguientes:
• Entender en las relaciones con la Biblioteca Biomédica y organizar y dirigir la biblioteca del Colegio.
• Desempeñarse en los órganos periodísticos del Colegio.
• Confeccionar los boletines gremiales.
• Mantener informados a los Bioquímicos de toda circunstancia de su interés.
• Entender en toda publicación, comunicación o ediciones a través de los medios masivos de comunicación social.
• Desempeñarse en toda la actividad requerida por el Coordinador.

* SUB COMISIÓN DE INTERIOR Y DELEGACIONES: entre sus funciones figuran las siguientes:
• Hacer recaudar y custodiar fondos
• Coordinar y planificar la contabilidad del Colegio Bioquímico del Chaco
• Hacer llevar en forma actualizada y legal, la contabilidad general y especialmente de los ingresos y egresos.
• Colaborar a solicitud del Coordinador en la fiscalización y supervisión de la administración de todos los fondos del Colegio Bioquímico.

* SUB COMISIÓN DE SALUD PÚBLICA: su función central será la de trabajar por las problemáticas y demandas del sector público
